Message I would have walked away from...

- you should concentrate on your customers during the day, and take care of your internal company stuff at night.
- give tracking numbers... respond to emails in a timely fashion ( i recommend an autoreply email with your phone number ).
- but most importantly, have some presence on the forum and offer sound advice... not just "we sell that, call us".
